This coffee comes from Fazenda Sao Silvestre in a town called Serra do Salitre in High Cerrado Brazil. It's grown 1200 metres above sea level. It's 100%Red Catuai coffee beans. The process uses for this beans is Natural ( 120 hours anaerobic fermentation).
