The Little Details
This coffee comes from fazenda Rio Verde in a town called Alfenas and Machado in Sul Minas, Brazil. It's grown 1030 to 1090 metres above sea level. It's 100% Red Acacia varietal coffee beans.
This 100% Red Acacia lot was harvested on May 21st, 2021, from Glebe A17. The coffee was selectively hand-harvested and then processed using the traditional Natural method. After harvest, the cherry was dried on a conventional patio for 21 hours and in vertical dryers for an additional 88 hours.
