The Little Details
This coffee comes from fazenda Rio Verde in a town called Alfenas and Machado in Sul Minas, Brazil. It's grown 1046 to 1101 metres above sea level. It's 100% Red Acacia varietal coffee beans.
This 100% Red Acacia lot was harvested on June 21st, 2021, from Glebe A48. The coffee was selectively hand-harvested and then processed using the Washed method. After harvest, the cherries were fermented for 19 hours, and the exterior pulp removed. The coffee then dried for 19 hours on a patio and for an additional 46 hours in a vertical dryer.
