Hailing from the Democratic Republic of Congo It's an all day drinking coffee, can be use for all type of extractions. Medium body, sweet with molasses notes and tones blackcurrant, blood orange and raisins.
The Little Details
This coffee comes from the Maitea farm near Bukavu in Kivu. It's grown 1700-1900m above sea level and fully washed and dried on African beds. It's drawn from 60% Blue Mountain & 40% Kivu Bourbon coffee beans.
