This is a lovely medium roast coffee from El Salvador that we would recommend for any type of extraction, maybe one for early morning or an afternoon pick me up. This is a medium/full body with a well balance notes of cherry , honey, milk chocolate and a touch of lemon.
The Little Details
This coffee comes from El Carmen farm in a town called Ataco in the Apaneca Ilamatepec, AhuachapanInza region in El Salvador. It's grown 1300 metres above sea level. This coffee beans are fully washed and dried on clay patios. It's 100% Red Bourbon beans.
