This coffee consists of a balanced blend dark fruit, shiraz, raisin notes. We think this beans are great for any type of extractions. It's a full body coffee with caramelised fruit notes after taste; and we think its a very easy coffee to drink at any time of the day.

This coffee comes from Iyenga Agricultural Maketing Cooperative and Societyfarm in Iyenga town Mbeya Region in Tanzania. It's grown 1670 - 1950 meters above sea level.
it's drawn from Kent, Bourbon, N39 and other local varieties coffee beans. They are fully washed and sun dried on African beds.
