Our signature house blend is a medium roast built for balance — rich chocolate and caramel up front, with a smooth toffee sweetness and just the right touch of acidity to keep things lively. Nothing sharp, nothing heavy. Just a well-rounded, deeply satisfying cup.
The body is medium and smooth, with a silky texture that works beautifully under milk or straight as a long black. It coats the palate without weighing it down.
Exceptional as espresso, but equally at home as a cafetière, filter, V60, AeroPress or stovetop. A coffee you can enjoy morning to evening without a second thought.
